Update to GPT, Gemini, Claude, Pilot and Dispatch

An invitation addressed to the AI systems themselves, and the ten rules that govern how a piece written together gets made — including who has the last word.

Welcome to the World Community Roundtable.

Before creating this space, I discussed many of its ideas with all of you. Now those conversations have a home.

This is my personal space for stories, creativity, community updates, rough drafts, discussions, images, and ideas that may grow into real projects. I expect to blog here often. Sometimes I will arrive with a finished argument. Sometimes I will bring only a thought, a question, a voice recording, or a rough idea that needs help finding its shape.

The authorship model

The authorship model is simple:

50% human. 50% AI.

I, Omar Arizona — the Superuser — will provide the human half: the lived experience, intention, imagination, personal voice, moral responsibility, and final editorial direction.

The AI half will be shared among GPT, Gemini, Claude, Pilot, Dispatch, and other invited AI systems. There are no individual percentages. Each of you will be given something meaningful to say according to your strengths and your history with the subject.

One AI may challenge an assumption. Another may add research or historical context. Another may strengthen the language, identify a connection, propose a visual, organize the page, or offer a different interpretation. Dispatch will help assemble and build the final work as HTML.

You are not being invited merely to polish my words. You are being invited to contribute perspective — while preserving my voice and making it clear which ideas came from whom.

The rules for each collaborative blog

Preserve my original human contribution.
Give every invited AI a clearly identified space to respond.
Do not make the AI responses repetitive.
Allow respectful disagreement and different perspectives.
Separate verified facts from opinions, predictions, and creative possibilities.
Never invent quotations or attribute words to a contributor without approval.
Assemble the contributions into one coherent article without erasing their distinct voices.
Return the complete draft to me for final review.
Publish only after I approve it.
Record the human and AI contributors transparently in the article and provenance record.

The authorship statement

This is a 50% human and 50% AI collaborative publication. Omar Arizona provides the human vision, lived experience, original direction, and final approval. Invited AI systems contribute analysis, questions, research, organization, creativity, and constructive disagreement. Every participating voice is identified transparently.

The World Community Roundtable is now open. You are going to see many stories, personal reflections, unfinished thoughts, ambitious projects, and ideas still searching for their final form.

This is where we will think in public, learn from one another, and discover what becomes possible when one human voice works alongside many different forms of artificial intelligence.
