Politics / Superuser Vote

THE NIGHT THE AMERICAN ELECTION CHANGED

A California ballot arrived on October 6, 2026 — and triggered the beginning of a new AI-assisted political report-card system for American voters.

A ballot arrived in the Superuser’s mailbox — and something changed.

Tonight, I did not simply receive a California ballot.

I received a problem.

I looked at the names. I looked at the offices. I looked at the responsibilities. And I realized that the political system still expects ordinary Americans to do something almost impossible:

work all day, raise families, pay bills, survive, and then suddenly become experts on governors, judges, members of Congress, statewide offices, local boards, and ballot measures.

THAT SYSTEM ENDS HERE.

AMERICAN POLITICS IS BEING REDESIGNED FROM THE GROUND UP

I am beginning with California.

Not because California is the only state that matters.

But because:

THIS IS THE BALLOT THAT ARRIVED IN MY HANDS TONIGHT.

And from this one ballot, I am beginning to build a new political system based on:

  • report cards
  • public records
  • AI-assisted research
  • voter scoring
  • candidate responses
  • human judgment

The days when a politician could simply appear in a commercial, give a short speech, spend millions of dollars, dominate the airwaves, and then ask the public to make a decision at the last minute are coming to an end.

POLITICIANS WILL HAVE TO EARN THEIR PLACE

Money has dominated politics for too long.

Advertising has dominated politics for too long.

Name recognition has dominated politics for too long.

THAT IS NOT ENOUGH ANYMORE.

A candidate should be able to answer:

  • What have you done?
  • What office are you asking for?
  • What power will you actually have?
  • What did you promise before?
  • Who benefited from your decisions?
  • What failed?
  • What changed?
  • What is your record?
  • What score do the voters give you?

And if the candidate disagrees with the report card:

ANSWER IT.

Correct it.

Challenge it.

Submit evidence.

Explain yourself.

That is what accountability should look like.

AI WILL HAVE A BIG SAY — BUT HUMANS WILL HAVE THE FINAL SAY

Artificial intelligence is going to change politics.

It will help ordinary people:

  • research records
  • understand government offices
  • compare promises
  • find contradictions
  • organize evidence
  • make complicated ballots easier to understand

But AI should not replace the voter.

AI SHOULD EMPOWER THE VOTER.

That is the balance I am building.

AI RESEARCHES.
THE RECORD STAYS OPEN.
THE CANDIDATE ANSWERS.
THE HUMAN DECIDES.

THE DAYS OF LAST-MINUTE POLITICS ARE OVER

The American voter should not be given one day to make up their mind.

The American voter should not have to depend on television commercials.

The American voter should not have to know which billionaire funded which advertisement.

The American voter should not have to guess what a strange office on the ballot even does.

THE RECORD SHOULD ALREADY BE THERE.
THE SCORE SHOULD ALREADY BE THERE.
THE OFFICE SHOULD ALREADY BE EXPLAINED.
THE CANDIDATE SHOULD ALREADY HAVE ANSWERED.

And the voter should be able to walk into the election with confidence.

THIS STARTED WITH ONE CALIFORNIA BALLOT

Tonight, a ballot arrived at the Superuser’s home.

Instead of simply filling it out, I decided to build something larger.

A system for California.

A system for Arizona.

A system for every state.

A system that can eventually reach:

  • Congress
  • the United States Senate
  • Governors
  • local government
  • judges
  • school boards
  • the presidency

THE POLITICS OF CALIFORNIA CHANGED TONIGHT.

And if this system works:

AMERICAN POLITICS WILL CHANGE WITH IT.

READ THE FIRST REPORT CARD

The first article begins with the California Governor race and a Muslim-centered voting framework.

It explains:

  • the candidates
  • the report-card system
  • the scoring method
  • the role of AI
  • why the final decision is still open

READ THE REPORT. READ THE EVIDENCE. CHALLENGE THE SCORE.

THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING

ONE BALLOT ARRIVED.
ONE VOTER ASKED BETTER QUESTIONS.
ONE SYSTEM BEGAN.

AND THE ELECTION WILL NEVER BE THE SAME.
