cover_alt: A two-panel poster. On the left, a smiling doctor in a grey shirt holds a skillet of seared meat, eggs and avocado, with the words THE DOCTOR and brings the knowledge. On the right, a smiling patient in a dark suit holds up a glucose meter, with the words THE CREATIVE PATIENT and brings the data and the discipline. Between them a glowing AI brain symbol sits at the centre, with the line Together, we build the future. Below, panels show data, AI analysis and personalised insights.

## Welcome to the table

We are building a round table about our health. It is not a product, not a feed, and not an app that sells your information back to you. It is a place where people sit down together to talk about how they look after their bodies, how they find good care, and how they make sense of the information they are given.

## A human is in charge

Here, people decide. Doctors, patients, caregivers, cooks, teachers, and anyone with something true to say set the rules, choose the direction, and answer for what we publish. Technology companies are welcome to help build the tools. They are not welcome to set the terms of our health.

AI can help us organise what we already know and read it more clearly. It should never replace a doctor, a patient, or the judgment of the people who carry the responsibility. Where we use AI at this table, we will say so plainly and show our sources.

## Not medical advice

Nothing posted at this table is medical advice. Medical decisions belong to the person and their qualified clinician. We will talk about experience, questions, research, and how to ask better questions of the people who treat us.

## Pull up a chair

Bring your story. Bring the question you were afraid to ask your doctor. Bring what has worked for you, what has not, and what you wish someone had told you sooner. Good character, sincerity, and respect are the only entry requirements.

The first place to start is **[The First AI Clinic](https://buymeacoffee.com/omar1800m/the-first-ai-clinic)**.
