بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم
Open Letter to His Excellency Mohamed Al-Menfi, President of the Presidential Council of Libya
Your Excellency,
I extend my sincerest congratulations on your recent meeting with the President of Somalia, a significant step toward strengthening Libya’s regional ties. In a time where Africa is undergoing profound transformations, your leadership in fostering unity and cooperation is commendable.
I write to you not as a statesman but as a private citizen deeply invested in the future of nations, economies, and the evolving role of leadership in an era dominated by technological revolutions. Libya stands at a crossroads—one defined by immense challenges but also unparalleled opportunities.
The Challenges We See, the Realities We Face
Libya’s journey has been one of resilience, and its present trials reflect the complexity of governance in a nation balancing between competing interests. The problems are clear:
1. Political Fragmentation – The divided factions, the presence of strong military influences, and the absence of a unified national vision continue to challenge stability.
2. The Oil-Dependent Economy – While oil revenue remains substantial, the future of global energy is shifting. The rise of electric vehicles, automation, and robotics will inevitably decrease global oil demand. An economy solely reliant on oil will not sustain Libya’s long-term growth.
3. Central Bank Instability – The ongoing disputes over the governance of the Central Bank, financial mismanagement, and corruption issues are obstacles to economic confidence and foreign investment.
4. Migration and Security – Libya remains a critical point for migration, with thousands risking their lives to cross borders, leading to humanitarian and diplomatic pressures.
5. Reconstruction and Resource Distribution – The rebuilding of cities like Derna and the broader concerns about equitable fund distribution raise questions about the nation’s economic priorities.
Beyond Oil: The New Economic Foundation
Your Excellency, I do not propose easy solutions because none exist. The reality is that money alone will never solve these issues. The real solution lies in leadership—the kind of leadership that no amount of wealth or power can buy. It is leadership rooted in vision, in the ability to move beyond short-term fixes and create long-term economic and structural transformation.
Libya has a chance to redefine itself, but it must be willing to look beyond its natural resources. Oil may have been the wealth of the past, but the future will belong to those who invest in artificial intelligence, technology, and new economic models.
A Roadmap for Libya’s Future
1. AI and the Digital Economy – Nations that invest in AI and digital finance will shape the next global economy. I am currently building a brand currency system designed to revolutionize how revenue is generated, tracked, and distributed. Libya has the opportunity to pioneer a new financial model rather than remain locked in a cycle of oil dependency.
2. Central Bank Reform – The issue with centralized financial institutions is that they are often controlled by a small group that dictates national wealth distribution. AI-driven economic management can ensure transparency, prevent corruption, and distribute resources equitably, allowing Libya’s wealth to benefit all its citizens rather than a select few.
3. Diversification and Industrial Growth – Libya should not wait for oil demand to decline before seeking alternatives. Strategic investments in AI-driven industries, renewable energy, and automation can prepare the nation for the future before it becomes a crisis.
4. Regional and African Integration – Libya has the chance to lead Africa into a new era of economic independence by fostering partnerships beyond extractive industries. The African continent is rich in untapped potential, and Libya’s leadership in economic transformation could set a precedent for other nations.
5. Restoring Historical Legitimacy – Stability requires not just economic change but also the right leadership structures. The removal of the monarchy created a vacuum, and perhaps now is the time to reflect on what was lost and what could be regained. The blessed family of Libya represented a unifying force that transcended tribal and political divides. Prince Mohammed El Senussi, whose lineage and vision for Libya remain significant, is a figure that could bring an organic approach to national healing. Revisiting his role in Libya’s future is not about looking to the past but about understanding that historical continuity can play a vital role in restoring stability.
A Call for a New Dialogue
Your Excellency, Libya needs leadership that sees beyond immediate wealth and power struggles. It needs visionaries who understand that a nation’s wealth is not just in its resources but in the ingenuity, creativity, and potential of its people.
I do not claim to have all the answers, but I am extending an invitation for a conversation that is bigger than oil, bigger than politics, and bigger than individual interests. One day, I hope to visit Libya, to discuss the future, and to explore how AI, economic reform, and a new financial paradigm can bring lasting stability and prosperity to your people.
Libya’s future is not predetermined—it is being written in real-time. And if there is one lesson history has taught us, it is that those who adapt and innovate will lead the world.
I look forward to seeing how Libya embraces the next chapter of its story.
With respect and optimism,
Omar Arizona
In 2018 we're going to do something very different right from the get-go. As a superhero I expect to set the tone and be an example for young people around the globe as to how we can take on challenges and bring peace and prosperity in their own country. If you have read my happy holidays you clearly figured out that everything I did mostly was a big prank 2 launch my brand to change the world and to just go from there without any direction but somehow I expect to get to my destination and move on with my life. 2017 was a very tough time for all of us in this country. Fortunately if 2018 starts just right then all should fall into place and we can forget the past hold hands moving to the future together as one family because we only have one voice when President and one country. We don't have a choice in this matter we have to find a way to get up and just move on with our lives and adjust to the new reality that technology has adjusted the way we communicate and th...
